Historic Washington, DC Coach House Sells for .6 Million
A Washington, D.C., home once owned by Abraham Lincoln's son, and later by J.P. Morgan's grand-daughter, has sold for $ 7.6 million. The buyer couldn't be identified. Private equity executive Rick Rickertsen was the owner of the Georgetown home.
